Dr. Ines Braceras and her team are hands down one of the most amazing medical teams I could ever ask for. My dad is 85 and has dementia, and navigating this stage of his life has not been easy. Having a medical team that is so compassionate, patient, supportive, and genuinely caring has made such a difference for our family. From the front desk to the staff who assist us during his visits, and most importantly, Dr. Braceras herself, everyone treats my dad with kindness, dignity, and respect. They are always thoughtful, attentive, and on time, and we never feel rushed or like just another patient. As a daughter caring for an elderly parent, it means more than I can express to know that my dad is in such caring and capable hands. Dr. Braceras and her entire team truly go above and beyond. The best, I have follow Dra Braceras anywhere she goes, if distance allow me. I love the practice that she has joined. The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive of the needs of the patients. I have been a patient of Dr Bracera for at least 15 years or more. Were ever she goes I go no matter how far I lived. I moved to Fort myers for 3 years and I still drove the almost 3 hours to see her. She is not like every Doctor she is human treats you like family and always is there when you need her. She will answer the same day you have and issue and resolve it. Her staff is always wonderful and Maria that has been with her all the years I have, is her right hand. Always answer you and take care if any issues. I don't care What insurance I have to have as long as she is my primary physician. I am bless to her her and her wonderful staff.
